Common issues and how to fix them.
The app won't open or keeps crashing.
Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue continues, make sure both your device's operating system and the app itself are fully up to date.
I can't sign in to my account.
Double-check your login details and make sure you're connected to the internet. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen.
Playback is buffering or freezing.
This is usually related to your internet connection. Try moving closer to your router, restarting it, or switching to a wired connection where possible — see our recommended speeds in the FAQ below.
The picture quality looks poor.
Check your internet speed and try lowering the streaming quality setting in the app if your connection is limited.
