Step-by-step setup

Find your device’s MAC address
This is usually shown in your device’s network or system settings, or printed on a label on the device itself.

Send us your MAC address
Message our support team on WhatsApp with your MAC address and we’ll add your device to our server.

Enter your Portal URL
We’ll send you a Portal URL to enter into your device’s settings — once entered, your channels and on-demand library will load automatically.
