Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

IPTV UK Provider (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates iptvukprovider.co.uk (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What data we collect

We collect the following personal data directly from you:

  • Checkout / order enquiries: your full name, email address, and WhatsApp number, when you fill in the checkout form to start an order.
  • Customer reviews: your name, general location, star rating, and review message, if you submit a review through the Site.
  • WhatsApp messages: when you click through to WhatsApp from the Site (to start a checkout, request a free trial, or contact support), any details in that conversation are handled within WhatsApp, operated by Meta, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web server logs and caching. At the time of writing, the Site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies; if this changes, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

How we use your data

  • To respond to and fulfil orders and enquiries you submit, by continuing the conversation with you on WhatsApp.
  • To display customer reviews you have chosen to submit and that we have approved for publication.
  • To keep the Site secure and operating correctly.
  • To reply to support or contact requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not take or store payment card details on this Site — orders are completed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit the checkout form or a review), our legitimate interests (for example, keeping the Site secure and responding to enquiries), and, where an order proceeds, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Cookies

The Site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to function correctly, including WordPress’s standard cookies and caching cookies used by our hosting provider’s performance system. These are required for the Site to work and do not track you across other websites. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep your data

We retain checkout enquiry and review submission data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, respond to related enquiries, or meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, where applicable.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
  • Ask for your data to be provided to you in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
