Before you start setup, make sure you have the following.
A supported device
Smart TVs, Android TV, Firestick and similar streaming devices, Apple TV, mobile, tablets, Windows, and macOS are all fully supported — see the Device Guides section for setup steps specific to yours.
A stable internet connection
We recommend at least 10–15 Mbps for standard viewing, and 25 Mbps or higher for smooth HD and 4K streaming or multiple devices at once. A wired connection is more stable than Wi-Fi where possible.
An active subscription
You’ll need your account username, password, and M3U playlist URL, sent to you via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
